Dr. Rey is a first-generation Venezuelan born to Colombian parents. Early in her teen years, she discovered her passion for dentistry. She was accepted to one of the top three universities in Venezuela and finished first in her class in the dental program. Soon after that, she moved to Mexico City where she completed her master’s degree in orthodontics, graduating with honors. After practicing in Venezuela for a few years, her family moved to the United States. Dr. Rey became accredited in the United States by attending and graduating from the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF) in 2019 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. While at UCSF, Dr. Rey was selected as a member of the OKU Dental Honor Society. She then obtained her second master’s degree in orthodontics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Go Blazers!
She is truly passionate about her profession and didn’t think twice when she had to do it again. She loves to connect with her patients and help them boost their confidence by lighting up their faces with new smiles. Her patients appreciate her attention to detail. Her energy is contagious, she is fluent in Spanish and is fully licensed in three countries.
Dr. Rey is excited to finally be in the sunshine state closer to family and friends! She looks forward to becoming an active member of the community. When she is not at the office, she loves to spend time with her daughter Constanza. You can find them at an ice cream shop, at a community event, or even playing at the park. Dr. Rey enjoys Netflix, positive reading, trying new workout routines, cooking, and watching baseball.
